Foundation Physical Therapy specializes in treating patients with Neurological and Movement Disorders. We are co-located with the Movement & Neroperformance Center of Colorado in the Swedish Medical Center. Quality care flexibility is our promise to you. We provide rehabilitation services to adults with traumatic brain injury as well as other neurological challenges including those resulting from anoxia, stroke, aneurysm, encephalopathy, brain tumor and seizure disorder. In addition, we offer specialized rehabilitation services and supports designed to meet the unique needs of Parkinsons patients.
